Description
The Zhuque-2 (ZQ-2) is a medium class, two-stage, space launch system developed by LandSpace of China to put payloads of up to 6,000 kilograms into Low Earth Orbit (LEO). The liquid-fuel Zhuque-2 rocket uses a mix of liquid oxygen and liquid methane with four TQ-12 engines in the first stage and one TQ-11 and one TQ-12 in the second stage. The first launch was performed on December 14, 2022. The Zhuque-2E (ZQ-2E) is an enhanced version of the ZQ-2 rocket with the second stage using a single TQ-15A engine.
