Description

The Toloka is an underwater drone/torpedo developed by Ukraine, with technical assistance from France and the United Kingdom (UK), to hit targets at distances of up to 2,000 kilometers. The Toloka torpedo modular architecture allows it to be available with different lengths and ranges from 4 to 12 meters. The torpedo carries a massive 5-ton warhead. Its development started in 2023, being unveiled in September 2025 and may be fielded within 2026. The purpose of the Toloka torpedo may be to hit the Russian Navy targets in the Black and Baltic Seas.
