ELM-2022
The ELM-2022 is an X-band airborne maritime patrol radar with an instrumented range of 200 nautical miles (approximately 370 km). It is designed for integration into various fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, providing a cost-effective solution for maritime surveillance, exclusive economic zone (EEZ) patrol, surface and littoral warfare, search and rescue, drug interdiction, prevention of illegal immigration and terrorist activities, coastguard and fisheries patrol, and image intelligence operations. The radar features modular hardware, flexible interfaces, and antenna designs, resulting in three primary variants: the ELM-2022A for aircraft, the ELM-2022H for helicopters, and the ELM-2022U for unmanned airborne vehicles. These all-weather sensors operate day and night, capable of penetrating clouds, rain, smoke, smog, fog, and man-made camouflage. An L-band secondary radar is integrated into the system and its antenna.
