Description
The Simrad TX06S-1 is an X-band naval navigation radar designed for yachts and motorboats 40 feet in length and above. It features a 4-foot slotted waveguide antenna and a 6 kW magnetron transmitter utilizing keyed ON/OFF pulse modulation. The system employs digital radar signal processing, including 10-bit radar video sampling, rain rejection, and sensitivity time control, to enhance target clarity and suppress clutter.
