The Rudram is a New-Generation Anti-Radiation Missile (NG-ARM) developed by India to hit radar and communications sites as well as other ground-based radio-frequency (RF) emitting systems. The Rudram missile has an effective range between 100 and 250 kilometers with the ability to detect RF emitters from distances of up to 100 kilometers. The guidance system consists of the Inertial Navigation System (INS) and GPS with passive radar homing head for the terminal phase allowing a hit to the intended target with pinpoint accuracy. India successfully test fired the missile from a Su-30MKI multirole fighter on October 9, 2020.
