Description
The Angara 1.1 is a small-lift space launch vehicle comprising a single Common Rocket Module (CRM) and the Rockot upper stage. This launch vehicle has been designed to put payloads of up to 2,000 kg into low-Earth orbit at altitudes of 200 kilometers and 63-degree of inclination with a maximum lift-off mass of 149 tons. The Rockot upper stage is 2.5 x 2.62 meters in diameter and 6.74 meters in length. The Angara 1.1 is the smaller member of the family of space launch systems.
