Description
The Project 18270, also known as Bester, is a deep sea rescue vehicle designed to operate from the BS-64 nuclear-powered special purpose submarine. The rescue vehicle was launched in 2016 and has been designed to operate in Arctic waters in support of the Iceberg arctic seabed research project. The Bester underwater vehicle was spotted on the BS-64 scientific research submarine in May 2018.
