Description
The Babur-3 is a submarine-launched cruise missile (SLCM) intended to hit targets onshore. The Babur-3 is a variant developed on the basis of the longer-range Babur cruise missile. The Babur-3 can carry a variety of payloads including both nuclear and conventional warheads. The first test-firing of this new missile was carried out by a submarine of the Pakistani Navy on January 9, 2017.
