Description

The ARTillery HUnting Radar (ARTHUR) is a fire finder radar system designed for integration into Brigades and Divisions. This Counter Battery Sensor System can be mounted on a single carrier vehicle. It can detect enemy mortars, howitzers and rocket launchers. In addition, it provides secondary surveillance capability for air defense systems and friend artillery impact assessment. Two/four ARTHUR medium range fire finder radar systems can be netted achieving a long range fire finder system.
