Sirena-M

The Russian Strategic Missile Forces Sirena-M is a new command missile to be deployed on a mobile platform. In the event of a potential conflict the missile will be launched to a certain altitude and from that position will communicate with the Strategic Missile Forces sites across Russian territory relaying the launch order for the Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM). The Russian Strategic Missile Forces expect to conduct the first test launch of the new missile within 2022.
