Description

The Namer 2 is an upgraded variant of the Namer heavyweight infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) featuring an unmanned turret with a 30mm gun and a retractable anti-tank missile system. The anti-tank missile system consists of two Spike-MR missiles and the 30mm is heavier than the one installed on Namer 1. The Israeli Defense Force (IDF) Namer 2 existence was revealed in December 2018.
