The Saetbyol-4, also known as Morning Star-4, seems to be a copy of the US Air Force RQ-4 Global Hawk long-range surveillance and reconnaissance drone. The new single-engine UAV, developed by North Korea, was unveiled during test flights in March 2025. It seems to be intended to conduct Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions only. The Saetbyol-4 strategic reconnaissance drone was unveiled in 2023.
