Description
The INS Vishaal is a potential 60,000-ton class indigenous aircraft carrier (IAC) planned for the Indian Navy. This large ship might be equipped with a navalized version of the PAK FA heavy fighter being developed by India and Russia. As of May 2010, the IAC II program has not been launched officially with a commissioning date projected after 2020. The IAC-2 aircraft has been re-scheduled to be commissioned by 2032.
