Description

The TRLK-10 “Skala-M” (Cyrillic: ТРЛК-10 «Скала-М») is an older, stationary L-band (1243–1299 MHz) air traffic control radar, developed in 1975 from the “Skala-A” test radar. This pseudo-coherent radar utilizes a 10.5 × 15-meter parabolic antenna with a 1° beamwidth, providing an instrumented range of 410 km (220 NM) and a range resolution of 650 meters. It operates with a peak power of 3.6 MW and an average power of 3.6 kW, featuring a secondary radar designated Koren. A deployable variant, the TRLK-11 “Skala-MPR” (Cyrillic: ТРЛК-10 «Скала-МПР»), distributes its radar electronics across five trailer-mounted cabins.
