Description
The Russian Army’s BREM-80 is an armored recovery vehicle developed from the T-80 main battle tank chassis. The gas-turbine powered BREM-80 can tow any Russian or Western main battle tank. The BREM-80 entered service with the Soviet Army in 1987. In the mid-2020s, The BREM-80 armored recovery vehicle was upgraded to conduct operations in the special military operation zone in Ukraine.
