The Kirpi II Ambulance Turkish 4x4 Medical Support Vehicle is equipped with a 4x4 independent suspension system and Axletech ISAS 4500 axes, designed to enhance grip and passenger comfort, setting a new standard in its class. The vehicle offers the option of differential lock on both front and rear axles, enhancing its off-road capabilities. Safety features of the Kirpi II Ambulance include a monocoque-type armored cabin, armored glasses, shock-absorbing seats, a weapon station, and an emergency exit hatch, all aimed at ensuring the protection of its occupants. The ambulance meets STANAG 4569 standards, incorporating ballistic, mine, and IED protection to ensure the safety of those on board, particularly in challenging environments. Additionally, the inclusion of a Spall Liner in the hull further enhances its defensive capabilities. The V-shape monocoque design provides additional protection against potential threats, and the CBRN protection system offers increased security in hazardous situations. In addition to its protection measures, the Kirpi II Ambulance is equipped with various mission-specific integrated equipment, including a CBRN protection system, shooting range target detection system, automatic fire extinguishing system, intercom, jammer system, and more. It also features a specially designed explosive material reconnaissance and destruction robot arm version.
