Description

The EPG is a derivative of the Leclerc main battle tank designed to meet the requirements of engineers regiments. The DNG inspired the development of the EPG. In fact, the EPG retains a big amount of parts and sub-systems from the DNG. These features and its ballistic protection make the EPG able to follow the main battle tanks deep inside the battlefield. It is provided with a hydraulic arm and a dozer blade. The EPG, like the DNG, can accommodate the K2D and Minotaur kits. It has a 12.7mm machine gun for self-defense purposes.
