Description
The Piranha-5 Russian Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is the smallest member of the family, classified as a "pocket drone" designed primarily as a trainer-and-combat unit. An operator can carry up to four Piranha-5 units simultaneously, providing flexibility for reconnaissance of forests, trenches, or communication routes. Mass production of the Piranha-5 began in November 2024. The drone has also been noted as being available in a fiber-optic controlled variant, making it immune to electronic warfare.
