Description
The Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM) is a US Army and US Navy program aimed at the development of a single missile to replace AGM-114 Hellfire, BGM-71 TOW and AGM-65 Maverick beginning in 2016. The new missile will be fired from both fixed- and rotary-wing platforms such as AH-64D Longbow Apache, AH-1Z, MH-60R Seahawk, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, and Sky Warrior UAV. The JAGM missile will defeat moving and stationary targets at extended ranges in all weather conditions.
